We've just added a new feature called "Roles". You can now create and assign roles to all your Salestrakr CRM users in your account. And each role can have specific access to fields. This works well in Salestrakr accounts where all share access to contacts but perhaps not all the data in those contact profiles. For example, you may not want everybody to have access to contact social security numbers. Perhaps that information is only for "management" or "accounting". A Salestrakr administrator can determine the role of their users and then assign data fields to those roles.
